IP# to IP# direct file transfer

My business contact in Germany would like to send large files directly to another PC in  Australia using PC to PC high speed ISP's at both ends.  Is there a simple to use and configure tool that is not P2P or file sharing through others that can be installed at both ends that will allow this?  The tool should be able to direct connect PC to PC simply by using IP numbers of the respective other PC.
