zoom in ppt and 3d View !!!

Hallo All,

 Is it possible to Zoom in/out the image during slide show ?

 Normally using roll wheel of mouse this is possible in image viewing softwares, but using the same feature moves me on to next slide..

 I would appreciate any help.
